The Trouvaille Bistro tucked away in the Khansaheb Residences in Jaddaf, Dubai, UAE has a French Bistro concept surrounding the historical revolution of new food concepts and taste buds that arose post the French Revolution. SURFACE ELEVEN worked closely with Binchy and Binchy to come up with a floral cement tile that encapsulated the feeling of that era. This intricate pattern is normally not seen on a cement tile, but SURFACE ELEVEN was tasked to push the boundaries to manufacture a tile that fit the concept.
