The province of Burgundy in France is home to one of the country’s best gastronomic trasures: wine. But below its vineyards and valleys is an underground trasure: the stone of Burgundy from which the Bourg collection draws inspiration. It’s a limestone that also reflects the region’s natural history with the marks of fossil shells on its surface.
