The yellow terracotta is obtained using Umbrian clays and in particular the Castel Viscardo clay which has been synonymous with "handmade terracotta" for centuries, as evidenced by various Renaissance constructions typical of Umbria. The mineral composition of this clay-rich in limestone gives the brick a unique yellowish color: the so-called "straw yellow". The yellow terracotta brick blends perfectly in modern or classic environments and has the characteristic of making the environment in which it is used very bright.

Natural Terracotta tiles are subject to size, thickness, shade and textural variations. These features are not precise nor repetitive. As with any natural, handmade material, the product will have variations from tile to tile and batch to batch, and a natural bend is expected. To achieve an even colour tone, it is recommended to mix the tiles from all boxes before the final installation. A control sample is merely a representation of the final product.
